We were registered by the deadline! We have a confirmation # in the 1,400s, dated on Sunday. It's marked 57, making me think our notary was there on Saturday and had to wait. I'll choose to think that my notary was delayed in informing us since she/he was helping other families or took some time to relax after working all Saturday and Sunday on behalf of our family. I am grateful for all the hustle and concern the lawyers and Central Authority took on behalf of our kids. Thank you, in the name of the Lord.
