The PGN Building
We were submitted to PGN March 6th. Procuradoria General de la Nacion is like the US Attorney General and will give us custody of Jackie. That will be legal once our attorney has the birthmother sign one last time.
PGN has a set of three notaries (lawyers) search 100ish individual pieces of paper looking for just one mistake in spelling, signatures, seals, etc. If they find something and kick out our paperwork, it adds 2-3 months to the process. I could dwell on PGN fears, but the Lord called us to this adoption and He will be faithful provide for all our needs in His time. Pray we get out this spring with no errors!
