Daddy in Gua-luh-mala?

You know how little kids will ask the same question over and over? Jonathan is all but a broken record right now about where Daddy is.
"Daddy at work?"
"No. [brightly] he's in Guatemala!"
"Gua-luh-mala? Me go der too?"
"You already were in Guatemala, when you were a baby. Mommy and Daddy went there to get you."
"Oh. Baby Jon. Gua-luh-mala? Daddy Gua-luh-mala? Me go der too.[as in NOW]"
"You want to go there, too? We will have to go in an airplane."
"Uh huh! Mommy. Jon. go der. Gua-luh-mala"
"Do you want to go to Guatemala to get Baby Jackie?"
"Baby Jackie? Yes. Yes. Really. Really."
"Well, okay, but you have to be 4 years old. Show me your fingers. You are this many (3) and we'll get Jackie when you are this many (4)."
"4? Go der. Okay!"
[I think we've had this conversation about 6 times.]

He also made up his first 'made-up' song. He started singing that little phrase, "you gotta move it. move it. you gotta move it. move it." Suddenly he became confused and said, "You guata mala mall it. You guata mala mall it." I fell over laughing and tried to grab my camera phone to record it. So stinkin funny!!! I don't think he meant to do it at first but loved the sound of it. I hope I can get him on video saying it! I'll have to post it.

Little Man knows C is for Cookie (that's good enough for me!), the golden arched M for McDonald's, and /j/ /j/ /j/ J for Jonathan. Check out his J pancakes!

Action shot...Jonathan rubbing his belly. mmm...mmm... good!

Radar, lays desperately waiting for Chef Jonathan to drop a tasty morsel.
